Abstract Background In the current treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), traditional chemotherapy causes high toxicity, so it is necessary to develop safe chemical drug delivery vehicles clinically. Chemotherapy monotherapy prone resistance. combined with other therapies such as nucleic acid drugs an effective way avoid resistance and toxicity continuous chemotherapy. this study, siRNA therapy were treat paclitaxel-resistant NSCLC in order increase efficacy reduce toxicity. This study aims a cabazitaxel-loaded human serum albumin nanoparticles (CTX-HSA-NPs) improve CTX-Tween 80 targeting, TGFβ-1 lipid Nanoparticles (TGFβ-1 LNP) NSCLC. Results prepared CTX-HSA-NPs LNP had small particle size, encapsulation efficiency (EE). lyophilized powder has stability after dissolved. The antitumor effect on was higher than that CTX-Tween, 1.8 times lower CTX-Tween. More importantly, could effectively vivo vitro. results tumor immunohistochemistry showed significantly inhibited expression TGFβ-1, compared groups, P-gp low-dose lower, which did not cause obvious Conclusions can by inhibiting express mRNA.
